MCP endpoint

Every node and hub ships a Model Context Protocol endpoint. Agents — Claude, GPT, local models — query the same normalized warehouse an analyst does, through the same primitives, with no custom integration. Answers are grounded in the agency’s system of record, and nothing leaves the agency’s infrastructure.
